"Tai Chi Ten" is a ten-minute instrumental soundscape recorded with Michael Jerome Browne on the last day of sessions for my Northern Blues album, “Overqualified For The Blues” recorded long ago at Fast Forward Studios in Montreal with Rob Heaney at the board. I call it “Tai Chi Ten” because it’s ten minutes long - just the right length and pace for my Tai Chi set (if I'm doing it right). But it makes for a fine meditation even if you aren’t moving.
